Leslie brings over 20 years of product leadership experience scaling consumer and B2B platforms from early stage to $100M+ in annual revenue. Her career has spanned executive, product management, and customer facing roles at high-growth technology companies where she's led product management, design, engineering, data science, and strategy teams, but her passion has always been working directly with customers to help businesses grow and succeed.
Leslie's expertise in lead generation and conversion comes from leading the product organizations at both Opcity and realtor.com. Opcity was the best-in-class lead conversion platform in real estate before being acquired by realtor.com where Leslie served as Chief Product Officer leading product management, product marketing, design, and strategy teams. Together, these platforms processed millions of customer interactions and converted them into qualified leads at scale. This proven experience building enterprise conversion systems is what powers Local Victor's approach, bringing sophisticated lead generation strategies to small business growth.
Leslie graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Computer & Information Sciences & Engineering, with minors in Business and Sales Engineering. She played club volleyball served as VP of IEEE during her time there. In her free time, Leslie nurtures her obsession with tennis and loves entertaining friends at home with her husband and their two pets.
